​Wambi is an online recognition platform used to empower patients and their families to share their gratitude for staff members who made a difference in their care. By collecting real-time, anonymous feedback, Wambi helps recognize staff members for their outstanding work and ultimately improve patient experience.

It’s never too late to say thank you. If y​ou were a patient a week, a ​mont​h, or e​ven a year ago, and there was a certain nurse, physician or support staff who made your visit with us special, tell them today! ​​

Once in the platform, you will be asked to sel​ect a location and can sea​rch for the individual you would like to thank. Wambi includes photos, in case you forget a name, along with fun designed cards to give to our team members.

Shining Star – Special recognition with a gift

You can honor a staff member while giving back to help others by donating through the Shining Star program. Your Shining Star gift can be any amount and support any area of Marshfield Clinic Health System’s mission that is meaningful to you. Donors are encouraged to include a short message about why they are honoring their Shining Star. Your chosen Shining Star will be presented with a Shining Star lapel pin, worn with pride and accepted as an honor throughout Marshfield Clinic Health System.​

DAISY Award – Honor an extraordinary nurse

Daisy award

An acronym for Diseases Attacking the Immune System, The DAISY Foundation was formed in November 1999, by the family of J. Patrick Barnes who died at age 33 of complications of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP). The nursing care Patrick received when hospitalized profoundly touch​ed his family. The DAISY Foundation expresses gratitude to nurses with programs that recognize them for the extraordinary skillful, compassionate care they provide pa​tients and families.

The Sunflower Award recognizes and celebrates Marshfield Clinic Health System employees who are in a non-registered nurse role and who consistently demonstrate e​xcellence through teamwork, respect, a positive attitude, exemplary communication and knowledge. Award criteria includes demonstrating extraordinary care to coworkers and families, generating enthusiasm and energy in the work environment and making​ a difference in the life of a coworker, patient, family or visitor.

If someone deserves this recognition, submit a nomination via email or fill out the brochure. ​ ​​

In your email, please include your name, phone number, relationship to the nominee, and if you would like to be contacted if your nominee is chosen and join the celebration if available.
