Park Falls Community
Park Falls is the largest city in Price County with a population of 2200. Park Falls is surrounded by over 900,000 acres of federal, state and county forests. Park Falls offers uncrowded waterways for fishing and boating activities. Wildlife is abundant with many different species of wildlife including black bear, whitetail deer, timber wolves, coyotes, snowshoe hare, badger, fisher, porcupine, and raccoon.
They also have many species of birds native to the area including loons, hawks, owls, bald eagles, osprey, ruffed grouse, great blue herons and many types of ducks and geese.
The public school system serves students; K-12, in one of the finest facilities in Northern Wisconsin. Vocational and Technical Adult Education classes are offered in the area throughout the year by the North Central Technical College.
