Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; closed Saturday and Sunday

Outreach services in cardiology, audiology, oncology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology (ENT), nutrition services, physical medicine and rehabilitation are also available.

The Center is located in the Woodlands Business Center, approximately 1.7 miles from Riverview Hospital. It is on the east side of the city along the Hwy. 54 bypass being developed in Wisconsin Rapids.​

Wisconsin Rapids, the county seat of Wood County, is a city of about 20,000 people on lakes, streams and the Wisconsin River. The area surrounding Wisconsin Rapids includes large water areas for boating, water skiing and sport fishing, as well as hunting, hiking and camping. It is home to many cranberry bogs and produces many of the cranberries in the world.
