- Call 1-844-CAREWAY, begin your visit online or use the mobile app.*
- Discuss your symptoms.
- Get a diagnosis and treatment if symptoms match a Care My Way condition. Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.
*Note: Members outside of Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota need to connect via the app.

Cost
Visits cost $79 per session or free for Security Health Plan individual and family benefits, Medicare benefits, and fully insured and level-funded employer benefits.
Security Administrative Services employer-sponsored self-funded plans may not cover this fee, depending on each employer’s choice.
Due to Medicare and Medicaid regulations, beneficiaries of Medicare and Medicaid are not eligible for this service unless contracted through their health plan.
