​​Dr. Maria Bravo, pediatrician, sees children for well-child visits, helps manage chronic conditions, anxiety and depression, provides newborn care and more.


Dr. Maria Bravo, pediatrician, shares she enjoys working with children because it's fun and rewarding. She sees children for well-child visits, helps manage chronic conditions, anxiety and depression, provides newborn care and more. 

“Children are resilient and teach you about what is new in the world," she said.

She chose health care after growing up with extended family who worked in the medical field.

“I enjoy helping others and working in science," said Dr. Bravo.

Dr. Bravo received her medical degree from A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her pediatric residency at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida. She is board-certified in pediatrics. 

Dr. Bravo, originally from Argentina, also fluently speaks Spanish​.​​

She sees patients for well-child visits and yearly physicals, sports physicals, newborn care and care for illnesses such as asthma, allergies, ear infections, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and influenza. She also diagnoses and treats patients with chronic conditions, anxiety, depression and ADHD.​

“I enjoy taking care of newborns, helping families with breast-feeding and getting to know my patients while seeing them grow up," said Dr. Bravo.

She also works to be thorough in appointments while communicating their care plan.

Outside of work, Dr. Bravo enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy traveling, going to the beach, the pool, hanging out with friends and family, spending time outdoors and learning to ski. ​​​
