Dr. Lee Cody grew up in a small
town and liked the idea of coming to
Marshfield, a small and safe community
where he could practice high-quality
medicine in a large clinic. He enjoys
Med-Peds, a specialty combining internal
medicine and pediatrics, because he
enjoys treating adults and children.
He earned his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri, and completed his medicine in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota-Affiliated Hospitals, Minneapolis. He is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.
He also enjoys helping teach the medpeds residents at Marshfield Medical Center (medical offices and hospital), where he serves as the attending physician several times per year. In addition, he has a special interest in addiction medicine.
“I would hope that if a patient of mine
was talking to a friend about me, they
would say I am easy to talk to, I listen
and treat people well,” Dr. Cody said.
“I give my patients time they need, and they can trust me and know I
care about their health.”
He enjoys listening to music and playing golf, and has two children.
