​​As a child, Dr. Kevin Keller hung around his father’s minor league baseball teams and was fascinated by the work of the athletic trainers. That experience was part of what encouraged him to enter the medical field.

​​He became an allergist/immunologist because he felt it was an area he could make a real difference. He enjoys that he is able to see patients make substantial progress with proper treatment. Dr. Keller has been practicing allergy/immunology since 1993.

Many of Dr. Keller’s patients come to him with respiratory or skin problems. He sees patients of all ages.​​

​​“To me, it’s important to recognize that each patient is an individual,” Dr. Keller said. “Every person has unique needs and requires an individualized approach.”

​​For Dr. Keller, the best part of practicing medicine is seeing a patient whose condition has improved significantly.

“Patients are really thankful when you can resolve or improve their issue,” he said.​​

​​He prides himself on taking time to listen to each patient. After a detailed conversation, Dr. Keller can order the appropriate tests, which help determine the best course of therapy to produce long-lasting results.

Dr. Keller earned his medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He also completed a fellowship in allergy/clinic immunology at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.​​

Dr. Keller enjoys playing guitar, hiking, kayaking and hunting. He is married and has three adult daughters.​​​
