Dr. Kerry Dernbach is a board-certified podiatrist who treats a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions. She provides care to patients by offering both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
"Within the foot and ankle there are numerous injuries and complex diseases that I am uniquely qualified to detect and manage to help improve a patient's lifestyle," said Dr. Dernbach. "My main goal is to form a treatment plan that is unique to each person so they get the care that is right for them — whether that be surgical or non-surgical options."
Non-surgical options Dr. Dernbach can provide include medications, immobilization, orthotics, injections and physical therapy. Those patients needing surgery receive the most advanced surgical care to treat their specific condition.
Dr. Dernbach earned her medical degree from the Des Moines University – College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa. She completed her residency in podiatric surgery at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana.
In her spare time, Dr. Dernbach enjoys tennis, soccer, downhill skiing and other outdoor activities with her husband and two children.
