Dr. Jeffrey Pitzer joined Marshfield Clinic
Minocqua Center’s optometry in 1999. He
provides comprehensive medical eye care
and specializes in the examination of the
eyes and related structures to determine
vision problems and eye disorders.
Services include treatment and
management of ocular infections
and diseases such as glaucoma, comanagement
of cataract and refractive
surgery and removal of superficial
foreign material from the eyes and
eyelids. Dr. Pitzer also prescribes
optical aids such as contact lenses
and prescription eyewear to provide
maximum visual efficiency.
Dr. Pitzer received his medical training at the Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his Residency in Optometry at Akron Veterans Administration in Akron, Ohio. He is licensed to practice
in Wisconsin.
Dr. Pitzer, his wife and daughter are active members of their church, and enjoy living close to family and friends.

In his free time, Dr. Pitzer likes to be outdoors playing tennis, ice fishing and skiing. He also is an avid photographer. The Pitzers enjoy traveling and taking part in various cultural events within traveling distance of their home.
