Dr. Danielle Helmick is a dedicated, board certified family medicine physician who is committed to improving the health and well-being of her patients.
She provides care for patients of all ages for routine preventive exams, common illnesses and injuries, and management of chronic conditions like high blood pressure. With specialized skills in Nexplanon insertion and removal, skin biopsy and wound care, she provides a wide range of services.
Dr. Helmick received her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. She completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Since 2017, Dr. Helmick has been providing care in the Chippewa Valley and is now continuing her practice with Marshfield Clinic Health System. Known for her genuine care and patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to listening to and understanding her patients, respecting their autonomy and working collaboratively to achieve their health goals.
