Chris Mueller knew he wanted to be a nurse by the time he was in high school. He has 17 years of experience in the medical field, including five years at the management level, but he ultimately decided that patient care is his calling.
“That’s why I went back to school to become a nurse practitioner,” Chris said. “I wanted to help patients, and I like the variety of patients I am able to see as a nurse practitioner.”
He added that it is very important to him to involve the patient and the patient’s family in the care process.
“I really enjoy developing relationships with patients,” Chris said. “Getting to see young kids grow into teenagers and to have those long-lasting relationships with my adult patients is so fulfilling.”
