“I work to provide high quality, compassionate and individualized care to my patients, while fostering a trusting and mutually respectful relationship."
Catherine Hopp is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in neurosciences, specifically sleep. She works to help patients who are dealing with obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.
Hopp has experience working with diverse patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient health care settings. She chose to pursue a career as a family nurse practitioner because she enjoys the challenge and diversity of serving patients throughout their lifespan.
“I am passionate about health promotion, so I really enjoy educating my patients on healthy lifestyle choices," Hopp said. “I have always had an inherent desire to help others, so choosing the path to become a health care provider was natural for me."
Hopp earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Lewis University College of Nursing and Health Professions in Romeoville, Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Saint Francis College of Nursing and Allied Health in Joliet, Illinois.
