“I have always strived to provide excellent
patient-centered care where my patients ‘make the call’ about their own health.”
As a family medicine nurse practitioner, Brita Bush, FNP, specializes in preventative care and treating acute and chronic conditions for people of all ages.
Brita began her journey in health care
working as a CNA in a nursing home
when she was in high school.
After high
school, she went on to pursue her BSN
degree to work as a registered nurse
and most recently received her MSN
degree as a nurse practitioner from the
University of North Dakota.
Brita grew up in a rural community,
and always knew eventually she
wanted to return to a small town. This
combination led Brita to Marshfield
Medical Center-Ladysmith.
Brita strives to get to know her patients
on a personal level and looks forward to getting to know more of the community
members in the Ladysmith area.
“I want to be a familiar face in the
community who is available during
illness and injury,” Brita said. “My goal
is to care for the ‘entire’ patient – not
just on the medical side, but get to know
my patients on a more personal level.”
In her spare time, Brita enjoys spending
time outdoors and with her family.
