General Angel Fund: Provides financial support to patients in need for non-medical expenses such as travel, heat/fuel, mortgage/rent, etc.

Bardet-Biedl Syndrome Angel Fund: Provides financial support to BBS families receiving care at Marshfield Clinic Health System. Fund may be used for travel assistance, such as gas cards or hotel stays; specialized equipment; supplies; non-medical expenses and more.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Special Needs Angel Fund: Provides assistance including prescriptions, DME, transportation, etc., to pediatric patients/families in financial need.

Neal Family Pediatric Diabetes Angel Fund: Provides financial support to families whose children are living with Type 1 Diabetes, including gas cards, equipment, pumps, testing supplies, diabetes camps and more.

Heart, Lung and Blood Research: This fund provides support for research that aims to improve the diagnosis and treatment options for heart, lung and blood diseases. Funding is used to support clinical trials in heart, lung and blood related illnesses. The fund is also used to support internal pilot studies. Researchers may for funding to support their project in heart, lung, or blood diseases.

Social Emotional Learning SEL: Social Emotional Learning (SEL) groups, piloted at Youth Net, are being expanded into rural underserved communities for children experiencing mental illness, behavioral issues or trauma histories. The group focuses on identifying and labeling emotions, self- regulation skills, and creating a plan for social awareness. Founded by Drs Schulein and Offenwanger, the program aims to train school guidance counselors to implement the program at their schools during after school programs.

Mental Health First Aid: A program of the National Farm Medicine Center, the MHFA certification program will train and prepare community members to recognize and assist farmers experiencing a mental health crisis.

Mental Health Patient Navigator: The Mental Health Patient Navigator serves as a single point of contact for referring physicians, patients, families, and caregivers to guide and provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within the Health System and the community.

National Farm Medicine Center (Agricultural Health and Safety Research)

Agricultural Rescue Training (ART): NFMC's Agricultural Rescue Training Program (ART) will train and prepare first responders, firefighters and rescue personnel on specialized farm rescue techniques.

National Farm Medicine Center Research: Funds laboratory, behavioral and clinical research with the goal of bettering human health and safety for agricultural life.

Mike Biadasz Farm Safety and Education Memorial Fund: The NFMC in conjunction with the Center for Community Outreach at Marshfield Clinic are working alongside the Biadasz family to improve the health of farmers throughout Wisconsin. This program will administer a gas monitor rebate program and promote awareness and education to assure farmers are more safe and better informed.

Rollover Protective Structures: Provides rebates for rollover protective structures on tractors for agricultural workers.

Cancer Care and Research

Breast Cancer Research: This fund provides support for research that aims to improve the diagnosis, treatment options and recovery process for breast cancer. Funding is used to support clinical trials for breast cancer patients across the system and internal pilot studies. Researchers may apply for funding to support their project in breast cancer.

Cancer Care (Eau Claire, Marshfield, Rice Lake, Stevens Point, Wausau/Weston, WI Rapids): Provides for patient comfort items, survivorship efforts, resources and educational materials, CLIMB and other needs. Excludes provision for direct support to patients, as the Angel Funds are dedicated for this purpose. Gifts to all of Marshfield Clinic Health System Cancer Care funds are always 100% designated to the fund of choice.

Cancer Research: This fund provides support in several areas impacting work in cancer research. Our research coordinators rely on the support to assist in our cancer drug trials program, providing patients access to state-of-the-art treatment options. Dollars are also used to support research aimed at finding better ways to diagnose, prevent and treat all types of cancer.

Cattails Place: To provide temporary lodging for oncology patients and families/caregivers undergoing the following treatments: Transplant, Collection, most oncology surgical cases, Moh's procedures, breast reconstruction.

Children’s Lives Include Moments of Bravery (CLIMB): The CLIMB program helps kids find the courage to deal with cancer in their families. Support provides the children with resource materials, craft supplies and meals.

Endowment - Oncology Distinguished Physician/Scientist - Tom & Sally Ebenreiter: The Distinguished Physician/Scientist in Oncology is awarded to the director of Oncology Research. The earnings from the endowment are used by the physician/scientist to support his or her research in oncology.

Horizons Gardens – Minocqua: Funds support the creation and maintenance of the Horizon Gardens at the Minocqua Center.

Khan Memorial Oncology Patient Education: Provides educational resources for cancer patients, families and caregivers.

Women’s Lives Include Moments of Bravery (WINGS) Program (System-wide, Stevens Point, Marshfield): Cancer survivorship program that offers holistic care for adult patients throughout their cancer treatment. Aspects of the care include resources, patient amenities, support services, educational events, library support, as well as other patient and family support needs. WINGS helps survivors deal with the complexities of their lives from the time of diagnosis, through treatment and the balance of their lives.

Pediatric Oncology Fund: Fund to support Marshfield Clinic Health System Pediatric Oncology, to assist with the delivery of care and support to pediatric oncology patients. This fund will help with the creation of a hematology/oncology patient and family waiting area, providing amenities, decor, and other comfort or educational items for the room. The fund will assist with: distraction items, treasure chest gifts, support/educational resources and survivorship efforts.

Gwen D. Sebold Research Fellowship: Funds an annual fellowship award, and related expenses of such, to be given to one Marshfield Clinic physician, scientist or staff member employed by Marshfield Clinic in recognition of his or her research efforts.

Obstetrics/Gynecology Research: Supports research into obstetrics and gynecology to support the future of women’s health.

Summer Research Internship Program: This program is funded entirely through philanthropy. SRIP is a 12-week internship available to undergraduate and graduate students. SRIP funds cover the cost of administration of the program as well as the cost for each student, which includes housing and a stipend. Students work with a researcher, who mentors them throughout the research project.

Neurological and Stroke Research: This fund supports Marshfield Clinic research in the areas of Alzheimer's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Stroke and Neurological Sciences.
