Frombach named Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua chief nursing officer

Aug. 7, 2019

MINOCQUA – Marshfield Clinic Health System named Jacquelyn Frombach regional chief nursing officer for the new Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua hospital, currently under construction on the Minocqua Center campus. Frombach has extensive experience serving in health care administrative leadership roles in central and northern Wisconsin.

Frombach received her bachelor's in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, then went on to achieve her master's in nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also attained her doctorate of nursing practice, executive leadership, through Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

"We are very pleased that Jackie Frombach has accepted this new role with our Health System," said Craig Telega, vice president of operations, Marshfield Clinic Health System. "She is a visionary leader with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. These are key to help move our new hospital forward, to grow operations and assure quality and service excellence."

In addition to Minocqua, Frombach will provide nursing leadership at Marshfield Clinic centers in Wausau, Weston, Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids.

"I have always been drawn to rural health care," Frombach said. "Being able to bring my nursing experience to a unique community like Minocqua is my passion.  I am very happy to be a part of delivering this new level of care to this community."

In her spare time she enjoys reading and golf as well as all-season outdoor activities with her young family.

The new Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua hospital is on schedule for opening in April, 2020. The 72,000 square foot addition to the Minocqua Center building will be equipped with:
