Looking for something to do as a family that doesn't cost anything and provides an opportunity to have some fun on
a cold Friday night this month?
The Marshfield Clinic Bloomer Center, in partnership with the Bloomer Area Aquatic and Recreation Center, is sponsoring a family fun night at the pool from 5-8 p.m., Feb. 21, at the Bloomer Aquatic Center, 1731 17th Ave. The event is free and open to Bloomer residents – both adults and children.
"We know it's been a long winter, and we want to create a fun evening for Bloomer families," said Jennifer Benrud, Bloomer Center manager. "It's a chance to get some exercise and get out of the cold in what we hope will be an enjoyable, festive atmosphere."
Marshfield Clinic plans another free family night at the pool in September. For more information about the February event, call 715-568-3483. Marshfield Clinic Bloomer Center, 1711 York St., has provided medical care in the community since 2009.
