The Oakwood Direct Access Center is a primary direct access center located on the lower-level of Eau Claire Oakwood Center that provides a wide range of services for patients and their families through an employer or local area contracted business. Services include primary care, help with managing chronic conditions, wellness promotion, preventive care and behavioral health.
Entrance to Oakwood Direct Access Center: Drive past the front door of Oakwood Center and continue to the back parking lot entrance to the lower level. Entrance will be marked.
