Manage your program and incentives
Workplace Wellness offers wellness reports to give you a snapshot of your company’s overall health. Year-to-year comparisons provide you the ability to track your progress and target areas for improvement.
We also can design a branded, personalized, and secure WebMD rewards program to keep your employees informed about your wellness program. The rewards program will include all the information you need to maximize engagement and take the burden of managing your program off your Human Resources staff.
Health assessments and coaching
Our health assessment takes about 10 minutes to complete and asks a variety of questions about diet, physical activity, stress, sleep, health history and lifestyle to give participants a complete view of their health.
Participants receive a personalized plan and WebMD’s online library of health information and resources to help them move in the right direction to improve their health. In addition, health coaching can also be provided in person or via telephone.
