Our Work

HEDI Workforce

  • W​​e partner with the Cross Cultural Health Care Program​ for cultural competency consulting and training and are a certified Equity and Inclusion organization.
  • We support our employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to promote employee engagement and belonging, and to advance initiatives that benefit our employees, patients and communities.
    • Abled and Disabled Allies Partnering Together (ADAPT) BRG
    • Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) BRG
