Physician Assistant, Patti Brown, joined the
Minocqua Center Urgent Care department
in 2015 after working for many years with
Marshfield Clinic in the Ambulatory Surgery
department. Ms. Brown provides a full
range of health care services for urgent
and acute health conditions.
“I have lived in Wisconsin all my life, and
relocated to Northern Wisconsin in 1999,”
said Ms. Brown. “I enjoy caring for the
people here.”
She completed the Physician Assistant
program through the University of
Wisconsin in Madison after completing
the prerequisites through the University of
Wisconsin in Stevens Point. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay.
She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and snowshoeing. She has a special interest in geriatrics and completed research at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point on genetic factors in dementia.
Prior to her education, she was a Sergeant with the US Army Reserves in Kewaunee and Milwaukee, WI. She was an office administrator on active duty during Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
