I do care and am genuinely invested in their health care.”
Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Sperl became a health care professional to provide the highest level of care and compassion to patients.
“I entered the health care field because of my passion and desire to provide patients and their families with compassionate, high quality care," she said. “I also want to help people and improve their health care experiences despite any health challenges they face."
As a hospitalist, Sperl coordinates and cares for adult patients with varying conditions.
“I strive for the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health with all patients throughout the health care continuum by emphasizing patient-centered holistic care," Sperl said. “Providing trusted, competent, evidence-based, empathetic care are all areas essential for achieving the delivery of high-quality care for our patients and families."
Sperl is focused on building trust and providing education for her patients and their families.
“I enjoy working with patients and their families to provide compassionate care while teaching patients and families about their health conditions in a way to help them understand," she said. “I believe educating patients and their families are a critical part of providing high quality care. I am also passionate about advancing health care through research and integration of evidence- based practice."
Sperl earned a doctorate degree in nursing practice and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Sperl is an avid ocean and beach lover who enjoys putting her toes in the sand and reading a good book. In addition, in her free time she enjoys spending time with family, fishing, ATV trail riding, listening to music and traveling.
