Radiologist, Dr. James Tomic, joined
Marshfield Clinic Minocqua Center in
2019. Dr. Tomic is a diagnostic radiologist
with additional interest and training in
mammography and interventions.
“I chose to join Marshfield Clinic because
I have always been impressed with the
quality and integrity of the Health System
as well as the honesty and sincerity of
the people in the Northwoods,” said
Dr. Tomic.
“As a Radiologist, I want to help answer
questions from both referring physicians
and patients,” said Tomic.
Dr. Tomic spent his career serving
patients in the Midwest and has solid
Midwestern values. He received his
medical degree from the University of
Wisconsin – Madison. He went on to
complete his residency in diagnostic
radiology and his fellowship in interventional radiology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
“In my free time, I am a woodworker and tinkerer and I am passionate about Badger and Packer football. I have been married over 30 years and I have 3 grown
children, who I am very proud of. I have learned that life is what happens when you are making other plans.”
