While attending University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate education, Certified Nurse Midwife Brittany Froeming fell in-love with health care.

“There was so much passion and caregiving amidst puzzle solving and continuous learning, which was exactly what I was looking for in a career," she said.

Her passion for women's health solidified after working as a nurse in labor and delivery, pediatric inpatient unit and NICU.

“During my time as a nurse, I found I could have the biggest impact in improving the health of entire families by working with women," Brittany said.

As a certified nurse midwife, Brittany serves as a compassionate and dedicated key resource for patients in pregnancy, labor and delivery, and overall women's health care. She said the most important elements in providing care are listening to her patients, presenting all research-based options and making a collaborative decision for care together.

Brittany earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Marquette University in Milwaukee. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, Association of Women's Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses.

She and her husband have three children. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys crafting and being in her kitchen.
